How do I reset my password?

You can request a 'change password' email from the Members Area

If you are unable to log in, or have forgotten your password, either:

· Go to theMembers Area log in page, click on the “forgot password/username” icon and you will be sent an email to reset your password.

· Email support@myiict.com if you require further assistance
